Cancellations: I appreciate 24 hours notice via phone or email. If you forget to come or call me last minute, you are responsible for the lesson fee.

Payment for Lessons: You can choose whether to pay me week to week, or to pay for one month's worth of lessons on the 1st lesson of the month. Or, I can email you an invoice if you prefer. Sibling/Family discounts are offered. Payment for sheet music, books and other materials: I do not charge a materials fee up front, and prefer to have you pay me as we add materials to your child's repertoire.

Snow Days: Lessons will be given on official snow days, unless roads are obviously not clear by the appointed lesson time. If your child travels by bus to Mountain Laurel and is unable to come on a snow day, a makeup or double lesson will be arranged. Please call or email if there is a question as to whether or not lessons are being given.

PLEASE COME ON TIME!

A metronome at home is recommended for all students. I recommend the pendulum/winding type for beginning/intermediate students.

ADDITIONAL INFO FOR FLUTES:
The student must own or rent a flute in good repair. A closed-hole student model flute with a c-foot are sufficient for beginner and intermediate level flutists. I can assist you with flute rental, purchase and repair.
